Before you start
Pro featureWebsite form email integration is available on Pro accounts.
This integration works with website builders that let you choose where form notifications are sent, including Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, and most custom forms.
You don’t need to change your form’s public email address.
What Pro includes
- A private forwarding address for your website form
- Test verification before live inquiries are accepted
- A managed connection you can pause, resume, or rotate
Your website builder subscription and Vowlumi Pro subscription are separate. You’ll still need access to edit your website form’s notification settings.
Four small steps
Set up your connection
Create your connection
Generate a private Vowlumi forwarding address from Settings → Website form inbox.
Add the address to your form
Open your website form builder and paste the address into its notification or recipient email field.
Start receiving inquiries
Your connection is active immediately. New form notifications will arrive as reviewable requests.
Tip: Keep the Vowlumi address in your form’s notification settings even after the test succeeds. That’s where future submissions are sent.
Once you’re connected
Here’s what you’ll see in Vowlumi.
Your website keeps working exactly as it does today. Behind the scenes, Vowlumi turns each form submission into a calm, reviewable request—with the details you need to decide what happens next.

FAQs
Can I pause the integration later?
Yes. Pause it from the Website form inbox card in Settings. You can resume it whenever you’re ready.
Is this available on every plan?
No. Website form email integration is a Pro feature. If you’re on another plan, upgrade to Pro to create a connection and receive website form inquiries in Vowlumi.
What if my test doesn’t arrive?
Check that the address was pasted into the form’s notification recipient field, then send a fresh submission. If it still doesn’t arrive, contact support with the time of your test.
Will visitors see the Vowlumi email address?
No. The address is used behind the scenes for form notifications and is not shown to visitors.
What happens if I change or rotate the address?
The previous address will no longer be the active destination. Update your website form’s notification settings with the new address, then send another test before activating it.
